In case of manufacturing defects affecting performance, immediate replacement is guaranteed. Note that expected Outlet conditions include:

• Minor scratches on the bottle.
• Slight printing errors on labels.

• Outlet: You have the right to fully inspect the product before receiving it.
• Sealed Box: Inspection is done after receiving and opening the product.

Refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
